
Soprano Natasha Michella Da Costa is an IBCP Music Graduate of School of the Arts, Singapore (Class of 2019). Throughout her studies in SOTA, she was a recipient of the David Marshall Young Artist Scholarship and studied singing under the tutelage of William Lim and Akiko Otao.
Natasha is currently studying Bachelor of Music, Vocal Studies at the Royal Academy of Music. She is currently a recipient of the Royal Academy of Music Scholarship associated with the Molly Bridge Award as well as the Trailblazer Foundation General Fund Scholarship by Temasek Foundation for her studies. Entering her third year, her recent achievements include being the finalist of the Kathleen Ferrier Competition for Young Singers 2021 and 2nd runner up for the New Opera Singapore International Youth Vocal Competition 2022. Her performances at the Academy include Mendelssohn’s Midsummer Night’s Dream and Mahler’s Third Symphony under the baton of Andrew Gourlay and Semyon Bychkov respectively. She is currently under the tutelage of Soprano Marie Vassiliou.
